Circle session cancellations
Cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time: refunded in full, automatically. Use the Cancel link in your confirmation email and the refund is processed straight away — no need to contact us. Subject to any nonrefundable third-party processing fee clearly disclosed at checkout.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: no refund, but you receive a credit for the full amount toward another Circle. Cancel using the link in your email and we will contact you to move you to a date that suits.
No-show: no refund.
After a Circle has been attended or has occurred: no refund.
If Here Together cancels
If Here Together cancels a Circle — including when registration is too low for it to run — everyone registered is notified by email and receives a full refund of the Here Together session charge, or may transfer the amount to another eligible Circle.
Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time to stop future renewal. Membership fees already charged are nonrefundable. Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid membership period unless participation is ended under the Membership Terms for a serious rules or safety violation.
Outings and special events
Some outings, meals, ticketed venues, retreats or special events may have a different cancellation deadline because Here Together may commit funds to an outside venue or provider. Any different policy will be shown clearly before purchase and will control for that event.
