Information we may collect
We may collect contact details, registration information, membership status, payment-related transaction information supplied by our payment providers, communication preferences, topic submissions, event responses and other information you voluntarily provide.
We do not need detailed medical histories to run Here Together, and our forms should avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive health information.
How we use information
We may use information to manage registrations and membership, communicate about Circles and events, deliver newsletters and requested text updates, respond to inquiries, process transactions, enforce community rules, improve programs and protect safety and security.
Email and text choices
Email and text marketing permissions are handled separately. You may unsubscribe from email communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. You may withdraw text marketing consent using the opt-out instructions provided with those messages. Transactional or safety-related communications connected to a registration may still be sent when necessary to provide the service you requested.
Service providers
Here Together may use third-party providers for email marketing, ticketing, payment processing, website hosting, forms, analytics or online meeting access. Our website forms currently use FormSubmit to deliver contact messages, community signups, topic submissions and member-win submissions to our Here Together email inbox. FormSubmit may temporarily process and retain submission data as part of providing that service. Other providers will be identified here as integrations are finalized.
Community stories and photos
A topic submission, win, photo or personal story will not be intentionally published with identifying information unless the participant gives permission for that use.
Age
Here Together’s initial paid Circles and memberships are intended for adults age 18 and older.
